We are seeking a seasoned project manager to lead our commercial tenant improvement projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

As a project manager at Michael Page, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all project activities, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements and expectations are met.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing tenant improvement projects from inception to completion
  • Coordinating and overseeing all project activities, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
  • Collaborating closely with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements and expectations are met
  • Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues, resolving them promptly to keep projects on track
  • Preparing and presenting regular project updates and reports to stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with all local building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in project management with a general contractor, specifically focusing on office and commercial tenant improvement projects
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations specific to tenant improvements
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
