Job Title: Senior Project Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer to join our team at Integrare Group LLC. As a Senior Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project team members to ensure project goals are met.
  • Preconstruction Coordination: Manage preconstruction processes and documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
  • Document Control: Maintain organized project files and ensure compliance with contract documents.
  • Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure work meets project specifications and industry standards.
  • Cost Control: Track project costs and identify potential cost overruns. Prepare and submit change orders as needed.
  • Safety Management: Enforce safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all project personnel.
  • Communication and Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Assistant Project Manager/Project Manager on project progress, budget, schedule, and potential risks.
  • Problem Solving and Decision Making: Identify and resolve project challenges in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Mentorship and Training: Provide guidance and support to junior project engineers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Architecture.
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project engineering, preferably in multifamily projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., ACC, Procore, Bluebeam).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving and adaptive thinking abilities.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) license (preferred). OSHA 30-hour construction safety certification.
