Senior Project Engineer

Integrare Group LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Preconstruction Coordination: Manage preconstruction processes and documentation prior to key trades mobilizing and starting field work.
  • Document Control: Manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and daily reports. Maintain organized project files and ensure compliance with contract documents.
  • Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure that work is performed in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.
  • Cost Control: Track project costs and identify potential cost overruns. Prepare and submit change orders as needed.
  • Safety Management: Enforce safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all project personnel.
  • Communication and Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Assistant Project Manager/Project Manager on project progress, budget, schedule, and potential risks.
  • Problem Solving and Decision Making: Identify and resolve project challenges in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Architecture.
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project engineering, preferably in multifamily projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., ACC, Procore, Bluebeam).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
