Key Responsibilities:
  • Reach out to new leads within 1-2 hours to book new Intros and provide a "white glove experience" to current members.
  • Generate leads and execute marketing strategies to help achieve performance goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle member concerns in a professional and objective manner.
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events and initiatives.
  • Work with the manager to hit monthly KPIs and cross-train with the Operations Manager to help with facility issues.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent education required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, ideally in a fitness setting.
  • Strong sales and communication skills, with the ability to establish effective working relationships with both prospective and existing members.
  • Multi-tasker with minimal supervision, with proven flexibility and willingness to handle various tasks independently and meet deadlines.
