Regional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base in the PA/NJ/DE region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective sales execution.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Manage and maintain accurate sales data, forecasts, and reports to inform business decisions.
- 10+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
- Experience in sales software and CRM systems, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting.
- Experience in sales to municipalities and universities.
- Knowledge of IoT, SaaS, and capital sales.
- Ability to sell across multiple stakeholders within an account.
- Strong interest in sustainability, environment, and efficiency.
