Event Producer Job Description

Ridgewells Catering is seeking a highly skilled Event Producer to join our team. As an Event Producer, you will be responsible for planning and executing a wide range of events, working closely with our Event Designers to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to plan and execute events
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Event Designers to create visually stunning events
  • Manage event budgets and ensure financial accuracy
  • Coordinate with venue staff to ensure smooth event execution
  • Attend site visits and tastings to ensure event quality
  • Review and analyze event data to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality or Events Planning preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in event production
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
