Osteopathic Medicine Program Coordinator

AACOM Program Associate Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Program Associate to support the advancement of education initiatives through program implementation, evaluation, member engagement, and meeting coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate meetings and prepare materials, agendas, and meeting minutes
- Support membership programs, including professional development and special interest groups
- Analyze membership data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Contribute to quality improvement efforts by collecting and entering data, performing basic analyses, and generating reports
- Develop and update program materials, presentations, and proposals for various audiences
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of related work experience
- Customer service experience and ability to work effectively in a remote/home-based environment
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and basic data analysis skills
- Experience with webinar and conference calling systems, meeting/event planning and execution, and Microsoft Office Suite
