Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Develop and maintain a social media calendar and scheduling platform to ensure consistent and high-quality content deployment.
  • Create or source individual content presentations relevant to internal initiatives and oversee freelance creators.
  • Build engaging content blogs on our direct-to-consumer website.
  • Communicate with key partners, personalities, and athletes for collaborations.
  • Monitor and respond to consumer communications through comments and direct messaging on social media platforms.
  • Track and report on key data points relating to content performance, follower engagement, and audience growth.
Requirements:
  • Ability to plan sharp, innovative marketing and advertising strategies.
  • Ability to engage with the public and customers respectfully and effectively.
  • Expertise in the use of social media platforms.
  • Experience with social media analytics reporting platforms.
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Shopify, MS Office, Google Apps.
  • Proficient in photographic and video image making.
  • A strong visual sensibility with the ability to create visually appealing and cohesive content.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Able to follow deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in work product.
  • Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience:

  • Occasional travel.
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time.
  • Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer.
