Marketing Strategist

Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Develop and maintain a social media calendar and scheduling platform to ensure consistent and high-quality content deployment.
- Create or source individual content presentations relevant to internal initiatives and oversee freelance creators.
- Build engaging content blogs on our direct-to-consumer website.
- Communicate with key partners, personalities, and athletes for collaborations.
- Monitor and respond to consumer communications through comments and direct messaging on social media platforms.
- Track and report on key data points relating to content performance, follower engagement, and audience growth.
- Ability to plan sharp, innovative marketing and advertising strategies.
- Ability to engage with the public and customers respectfully and effectively.
- Expertise in the use of social media platforms.
- Experience with social media analytics reporting platforms.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Shopify, MS Office, Google Apps.
- Proficient in photographic and video image making.
- A strong visual sensibility with the ability to create visually appealing and cohesive content.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Able to follow deadlines and work under pressure.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in work product.
- Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer.
