Job Overview

As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for residents and visitors alike. Your role will involve:

  • Warmly welcoming residents and assisting visitors, prospective residents, and their families.
  • Managing incoming phone calls with professionalism.
  • Monitoring safety systems, including surveillance cameras and alarms, to ensure the security of residents and property.
  • Documenting reports related to maintenance requests, incidents, and resident concerns.
  • Handling packages, plants, and medications, ensuring they are delivered or stored as per requests.
  • Keeping an accurate log for community key issuance and gate access.
  • Supporting various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Responding promptly to concerns raised by residents, families, and employees, aiming for exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Upholding a positive and professional attitude towards all residents, visitors, and colleagues.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of three months of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Proficient communication skills in English are essential.
  • Strong computer skills are required, particularly in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • You should demonstrate compassion, professionalism, and a helpful demeanor.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Capability to make independent decisions when necessary.
  • A friendly and approachable attitude towards residents and coworkers is essential.
