Position Summary:
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of resident living spaces and shared areas within our community.
Compensation:
Pay range - $ /hr.
- Perform thorough cleaning of resident apartments and/or villas, including hallways and communal spaces.
- Assist in preparing vacant apartments/villas for new residents.
- Respond promptly to resident and guest requests to ensure satisfaction.
- Be available to assist during resident emergencies as needed.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude towards residents, visitors, and fellow team members.
- No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Effective communication skills in English are essential.
- Ability to make independent decisions when necessary.
- Strong problem-solving skills to navigate various situations.
- Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor with residents and colleagues.
- Reliable transportation is required for travel within the community.
The Addison of Erie Station offers a robust benefits package for eligible team members, including health, dental, vision, retirement plans, short-term and long-term disability, and paid time off. All positions are eligible for DailyPay, allowing access to earned wages before the next payday. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required for all employees, with exemptions considered for medical, religious, or personal beliefs. Government regulations may apply.
