Role Description

CalSource, LLC, a division of Applied Technical Services Inc., is in search of a motivated and personable Client Support Specialist to join our team. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will be an essential part of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system effectively.
  • Respond to incoming phone calls and address client inquiries with professionalism.
  • Welcome clients with a courteous and professional attitude.
  • Provide fundamental administrative support for various systems utilized in the calibration laboratory.
  • Handle customer service inquiries via calls, emails, and web requests in a timely and polite manner.
  • Oversee third-party support interactions.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Outstanding customer service and telephone communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • A personable demeanor, comfortable interacting with clients and colleagues.
