Job Summary

The Human Resources Manager plays a pivotal role in aligning human resource programs with the organization's long-term strategic goals. This position involves overseeing a comprehensive array of administrative functions related to human resource management, employee development, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    • Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop solutions.
    • Measure the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • General HR
    • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees and HR team members.
    • Advise management on personnel and problem issues.
    • Build strong relationships with peers and senior managers to achieve company goals.
    • Manage vendor relationships to ensure best-in-class products and services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • At least two years of training experience.
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of HR or related experience.
Working Conditions
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to work at a computer terminal and on a computer keyboard for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to work extended hours if necessary.
  • Must be able to travel to different locations from time to time.
Benefits
  • Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year.
