Key Responsibilities- Payroll Processing: Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Enter payroll data into the system accurately, including new hires, terminations, timekeeping information, and any other relevant changes.
- Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks such as drafting correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies. Provide clerical support for the HR department, including filing paperwork, data entry, and office upkeep.
- Compliance and Business Ethics: Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Demonstrate knowledge of EEO policy and promote a harassment-free environment. Treat people with respect and maintain confidentiality.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (BA) from a four-year college or university.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of administrative experience, preferably in HR. Minimum two years payroll and/or accounting experience.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software (ADP). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Salary: $25-$28 per hour.
- Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance: Coverage for employees and their families.
- 401k Program: With company match.
- Paid Vacation: 10 days per year to start, increases with tenure.
- Sick Leave: 1 hour accrued per 30 hours worked for first 30 days, 6.67 hours per month after.
