About the Role

The Party Staff is seeking a highly motivated and organized Client Service Representative to join our team. As a Client Service Representative, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain positive working relationships with existing and prospective clients through timely and effective communication.
  • Develop and execute client outreach and sales strategies to achieve new or additional orders.
  • Collaborate with management and sales department to communicate client needs and expectations.
  • Communicate staffing needs to talent pipeline to match the right talent for the job.
  • Aid in fulfillment of sales target objectives and service performance requirements through new and existing customer sales.
Client Service Functions
  • Contact existing and prospective clients to secure and place new orders.
  • Proficiently utilize social media platforms to promote our services and engage with clients.
  • Travel to attend client events to assist with check-ins, greeting staff, and ensuring quality control.
Staffing Functions
  • Greet applicants, staff, and guests with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Oversee the staffing process and ensure fulfillment of all client event orders.
  • Meet with department manager on a regular basis to review staffing needs and provide updates.
  • Input and review client event orders with accurate attention to detail.
  • Field a high volume of incoming phone calls and emails, responding timely and escalating as appropriate.
Recruiting Functions
  • Assist with recruitment as needed, to support sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Aid management in directing orientations for new hires.
  • Ensure compliance in handling employment authorization forms and documents.
Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years prior client outreach and staffing experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong communication/presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must be detail oriented and be able to take direction.
  • Must be service oriented with a positive attitude.
