Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized Client Service Representative to join our team. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying their staffing needs, and providing solutions to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain positive working relationships with existing and prospective clients through timely responses and proactive outreach.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve revenue growth and expand our client base.
- Collaborate with management and sales teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of client services.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive client satisfaction and retention.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed.
- Work closely with our staffing team to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of client orders.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services and offerings.
- High school degree or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in client outreach and staffing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to travel up to 10% for client events and meetings.
