Job Title: Help Desk Analyst 4

At Lorven Technologies, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Help Desk Analyst 4 to join our team. As a Help Desk Analyst 4, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our end-users, ensuring that their computing devices and systems are operational and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with end-user computing hardware and software systems.
  2. Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to end-users at multiple office locations, ensuring that their technical issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Advocate for the user and systems to ensure that they are able to work efficiently and effectively within the scope of security standards.
  4. Deliver IT support to ensure that all end-user computing devices and systems are operational, including computer equipment, standard COTS software applications, peripheral devices, and network copiers, printers, and fax machines.
  5. Monitor and manage the VCCC Help Desk tickets and internal Request Tracker, ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
  6. Provide maintenance and updates to all VDEM end-user computing devices, including laptops, desktops, peripherals, and network accounts.
  7. Develop and maintain documentation on the VDEM Collaboration and MS Teams sites to assist users and business units in supporting day-to-day technology needs.
  8. Coordinate, track, and update hardware assets information in the CMDB (system of record).
  9. Provide timely and effective communications regarding readiness status within assigned deadlines.
