Job Title: Help Desk Analyst

VTal Technology Solutions is seeking a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Identify and resolve technical issues related to end-user computing hardware and software systems.
  • Provide Tier 1/2 Support: Offer technical assistance to end-users at multiple office locations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Advocate for Users and Systems: Promote the use of secure and efficient systems, while providing users with the best solutions to meet their needs.
  • Deliver IT Support: Ensure all end-user computing devices and systems are operational, including computer equipment, software applications, peripheral devices, and network copiers, printers, and fax machines.
  • Monitor and Manage Tickets: Review and manage help desk tickets, escalating issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation on Collaboration and MS Teams sites to support users and business units.
  • Coordinate Hardware Assets: Track and update hardware assets information in the CMDB (system of record).
  • Communicate Effectively: Provide timely and effective communications regarding readiness status within assigned deadlines.
