We are seeking a highly skilled and organized HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team at a non-profit organization.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR team across multiple states, ensuring seamless HR operations and exceptional employee experiences.

  • HRIS Management: Accurately update and optimize our HRIS system, processing new hires, terminations, promotions, and other changes throughout the employment lifecycle.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports from the HRIS to support HR initiatives and provide valuable insights to leadership.
  • Training and Development: Share expertise by training fellow HR team members on our forms, templates, systems, and programs, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
  • Employee Support: Provide timely and effective support for HR-related inquiries, routing them to the right person for resolution.
  • Transactional Support: Offer vital support for HR programs and processes across various areas, including benefits enrollment, onboarding, employee programs, and events.
  • Compliance and Governance: Compile, maintain, and audit employment processes and records to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Employee Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for all HR-related questions from employees, guiding them through any concerns they may have.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Coordinate all administrative activities necessary for welcoming new employees and ensuring smooth exits.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Handle incoming HR calls and emails, providing prompt and helpful responses.
  • Organizational Chart Management: Maintain and update our company organizational charts, ensuring clarity in our structure.
  • Audit Preparation: Assist with audit preparation to ensure we're always ready for scrutiny.
  • Data Integrity and Confidentiality: Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all HR and employee-related data, handling sensitive information with care.
  • Screening and Background Checks: Ensure external employment screening and background checks are compliant, accurate, timely, and thorough, while maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Data Quality and Integrity: Identify and rectify any incomplete, improperly formatted, or incorrect data, ensuring a smooth workflow through final reviews and approvals.
  • Project Support: Take on additional projects and responsibilities as needed, from announcements and rosters to PTO calendars and special report analyses.
