Job SummaryWe're seeking an experienced HR Assistant to join our team in a key role supporting both our HR and office functions. As an HR Assistant, you'll play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes, from recruitment to employee onboarding and beyond.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with recruitment by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
- Maintain accurate employee records and support the onboarding process, including benefits enrollment.
- Help process payroll and address employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support by answering phones, managing emails, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and HR-related documents as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and federal/state labor laws.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, with 1-2 years of HR or admin experience (preferably in a title or legal environment).
- SHRM or PHR certification preferred; Title Insurance Producer license a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
