Administrative Coordinator

O'Cull Electric LLC is a reputable small business in the electrical services sector. We pride ourselves on our strong local presence and a history of delivering quality service. We are currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our expanding team.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to:
- Performing general office duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Processing and verifying time sheets for payroll purposes.
- Managing calendars, scheduling service appointments, and organizing meetings.
- Handling phone calls with professionalism and demonstrating excellent communication skills.
- Facilitating effective communication among staff, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless operations.
- Overseeing front desk activities, including welcoming visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Assisting with budgeting and financial management tasks.
- Managing vendor relationships and maintaining supplier connections.
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Experience with Knowify is a plus.
- Strong organizational abilities with a knack for prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently without constant supervision.
- Proficiency in office software, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Capability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all clerical tasks.
- Understanding of budgeting principles is beneficial.
