Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Services: Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and staff members in a professional and courteous manner.
- Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and communicate with patients and staff in a timely and effective manner.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our medical staff, including scheduling appointments, preparing patient charts, and maintaining accurate records.
- Office Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including restocking supplies and ensuring that all necessary materials are available.
- Security: Monitor and control access to our facility, including issuing visitor badges and maintaining a logbook.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of office supplies and notify management when levels are low.
- Clerical Support: Perform various clerical tasks, including filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven work experience as a Front Desk Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Education: High school degree or equivalent.
