We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Foundations for Living. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Answer and direct incoming calls in a prompt and professional manner.
- Greet and assist visitors to the facility, providing information and support as needed.
- Provide clerical support to the business office, including data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Director of Business Office.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least six months of experience as a receptionist in a healthcare environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Excellent computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
This is a part-time position, working 10-20 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and attention to detail.
