About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Executive/Principal to join our team at PBK Architects. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving business growth, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and client satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Lead and manage project teams to deliver high-quality projects on time, on budget, and to the required standards
  • Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members and contribute to the development of the team
Requirements
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the architectural profession, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the architectural industry
