Job Title: Client Executive/Principal

At PBK Architects Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Executive/Principal to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all client relations, including project team performance and overall client satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients
  • Oversee project team performance and ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategic plans
  • Lead and facilitate meetings and presentations for clients
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture required, Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the architectural profession, with no less than 5 years of experience in DSA
  • LEED familiarity strongly preferred
  • Prior experience in K-12 and/or Higher Education, and/or Civic projects
  • Must be a Registered Architect
