Job Title: Client Executive/Principal

Join PBK Architects, a dynamic and innovative architecture firm, as a Client Executive/Principal. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all client relations, including project team performance and overall client satisfaction.

About the Role:

The Client Executive/Principal will interact regularly with senior representatives of current and prospective clients, ensuring exceptional client service and satisfaction. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, with an aggressive yet personable demeanor, and the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee client relations, including project team performance and overall client satisfaction.
  • Interact regularly with senior representatives of current and prospective clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the firm remains competitive.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture required, Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the architectural profession, with no less than 5 years of experience in DSA.
  • LEED familiarity strongly preferred.
  • Prior K-12 and/or Higher Education experience and/or Civic experience required.
  • Must be a Registered Architect.
