Job Title: Client Executive

At PBK Architects, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Executive to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all client relations, including project team performance and overall client satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior representatives of current and prospective clients.
  • Oversee project team performance and ensure delivery of high-quality services that meet client expectations.
  • Work closely with the Managing Principal to ensure the facilitation of projects on-time, on-budget, and meeting PBK's quality and client service standards.
  • Contribute to the growth of the Firm's consulting groups and implement strategic plans and initiatives throughout the region.
  • Provide leadership, resources, and technical advice to project teams to ensure adherence to design intent, client standards, and project phasing.
  • Participate in professional organizations that are important to our clients and establish the Firm as a leader in the field of Educational Architecture.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture required, Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in the architectural profession with no less than 5 years of experience in DSA.
  • LEED familiarity strongly preferred.
  • Prior K-12 and/or Higher Education experience and/or Civic experience required.
  • Must be a Registered Architect.
