About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Executive to join our team at PBK Architects. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all client relations, including project team performance and overall client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior representatives of current and prospective clients
  • Oversee project team performance and ensure delivery of services that meet PBK's quality and client service standards
  • Work closely with the Managing Principal to ensure the facilitation of project completion on-time, on/under budget, and meeting PBK's quality and client service standards
  • Contribute to the growth of the Firm's consulting groups and implement strategic plans and initiatives throughout the region
  • Supervise and manage staff assigned to their teams to produce quality sets of documents that comply with deliverable requirements for all phases of the project
  • Establish and develop relationships with potential clients and work closely with the firm's Marketing & BD departments to develop new opportunities and build relationships
  • Maintain positive client relationships throughout project and keep clients apprised of project progress on a regular basis
  • Recruit new staff to supplement an already talented team and promote a support structure to further develop the abilities of the staff
  • Lead and facilitate meetings and presentations for clients and make decisions that exhibit sound and accurate judgment
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture required, Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in the architectural profession with no less than 5 years of experience DSA
  • LEED familiarity strongly preferred
  • Prior K-12 and/or Higher Education experience and/or Civic experience required
  • Must be a Registered Architect
