About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team at HiNeon. As a Regional Sign Shop Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our presence in the WA sign industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage potential clients, focusing on signing up new sign shops to the HiNeon platform.
  • Conduct in-person product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our innovative signage solutions.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by offering solutions and support to help them grow their business.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve targets and drive growth.
  • Assist in conducting market research and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Gather and relay client feedback to contribute to product and service enhancements.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of working experience in the signage or closely related industry.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A good understanding of the WA sign industry community.

Travel Requirement

This position requires substantial travel, typically around four days per week, to visit clients and perform product demonstrations. Candidates must be comfortable with constant on-the-road work and have a reliable means of transportation.
