Senior Risk Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Risk Manager to join our team in Seattle. As a key member of our Trustworthy Shopping Experience (TSE) team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and compliance of our products across Amazon stores worldwide.
Key Responsibilities- Define, own, and execute end-to-end projects independently, with a heavy tech component.
- Build out 1-year, 3-year, and 5-year roadmaps to achieve key business goals.
- Expertly garner consensus amongst different business stakeholders, spanning across different regions, to ensure alignment on key topics and projects within the area of responsibility.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to build out solutions to solve tough business problems.
- Comfortably navigate through ambiguity independently and drive towards the correct end solution.
- Leverage critical thinking to challenge the status quo and drive improvements within the area of responsibility.
- Communicate clearly, precisely, and regularly with key stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Exercise high judgment to take informed decisions, without having perfect data.

Requirements- 6+ years of compliance, audit, or risk management experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
- Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles/Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements or equivalent.
Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base pay range of $109,000/year to $185,000/year, depending on the location. We also provide equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package.
