Leasing Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Leasing Administrative Assistant to support our property management team at HHDC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to residents, vendors, and contractors
  • Coordinating day-to-day tenant transactions, including move-in and move-out processes
  • Assisting with preparation and maintenance of property management files and reports
  • Processing purchase orders and invoices for manager approval
  • Assisting with inspections and maintaining waiting lists
  • Supporting lease renewals and rent calculations
  • Preparing and delivering move-in and move-out correspondence to tenants
  • Showing properties and apartments to prospects as needed
  • Processing work orders for maintenance staff

Requirements include:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant and at least 1 year in a customer service role
  • Ability to obtain an AMP Leasing Certificate if required by state and other program certifications
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn other software programs
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
