Leasing Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Leasing Administrative Assistant to support our property management team at HHDC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to residents, vendors, and contractors
- Coordinating day-to-day tenant transactions, including move-in and move-out processes
- Assisting with preparation and maintenance of property management files and reports
- Processing purchase orders and invoices for manager approval
- Assisting with inspections and maintaining waiting lists
- Supporting lease renewals and rent calculations
- Preparing and delivering move-in and move-out correspondence to tenants
- Showing properties and apartments to prospects as needed
- Processing work orders for maintenance staff
Requirements include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant and at least 1 year in a customer service role
- Ability to obtain an AMP Leasing Certificate if required by state and other program certifications
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn other software programs
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
