Job Overview

Golub & Company LLC is seeking a skilled Leasing Consultant to join its team at a newly acquired luxury residential property in Chicago's Gold Coast neighborhood.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and sales skills, with a proven track record of closing leases. Previous experience in apartment leasing is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting leasing activities, including touring prospective residents and processing applications
  • Entering new lease information into leasing software and ensuring accuracy
  • Preparing, maintaining, and managing new and existing lease files
  • Monitoring the CRM system and following up on prospective leads and resident inquiries
  • Providing exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, vendors, and visitors
  • Monitoring and evaluating competitors' rental rates and recommending changes
  • Assisting with move-in and move-out processes
  • Receiving resident service requests and administering the building work order system
  • Conducting regular walk-throughs of the facility and reporting concerns to maintenance
  • Maintaining schedules for amenity spaces and coordinating resident events

Qualified candidates will have a strong understanding of sales principles and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A current Illinois leasing agent license is required.
