Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a background in technical project management and security program management. This role will manage technical programs, perform risk assessments, ensure compliance with security requirements, and lead cross-functional teams to meet strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform end-to-end management of projects or portfolios valued at $500K to $1M, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Identify key stakeholders to establish and maintain positive business relationships.
  • Define activities, responsibilities, milestones, resources, and budgets to optimize costs and meet project goals.
  • Manage risks by developing contingency plans and implementing suitable risk management strategies.
  • Define and implement governance models and use metrics-driven management to assess project health.
  • Implement software delivery methodologies to instill customer confidence.
  • Build, manage, and mentor high-performing teams, fostering engagement and seamless communication.
  • Adopt software engineering best practices to optimize project efficiency and quality.
  • Manage project scope by conducting requirements analysis, scope control, and prioritization.
  • Perform project estimation, resource planning, and impact analysis for changes.
  • Identify and plan project activities to meet acceptance criteria and manage risks and dependencies.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, manage communication plans, and handle concerns effectively.
  • Oversee testing and defect management, supporting integration testing and root cause analysis.
  • Implement software development processes, tools, and quality assurance plans.
  • Provide knowledge management support and create platforms for knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Manage project profitability through profitability sheets and conduct deal pricing.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and customer quality guidelines and governance models.
  • Collaborate with other projects and enabling functions to deliver value through automation and innovation.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager, Security Program Manager, or in an equivalent role.
  • Expertise in Security Penetration Testing, Fuzzing, and Static/Dynamic Analysis.
  • Strong experience in security attack simulations on computer systems, networks, or applications.
  • Knowledge of Platform Security Assessment, Security Requirement Compliance, or Vulnerability Management.
  • Excellent collaboration, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to independently manage projects with minimal supervision.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and software development processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Tableau and Qlik for data visualization.
  • Background in Biotechnology or Pharma industries.
  • Experience managing large projects within matrixed IT organizations.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across customers and IT functions.
Certifications:
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.
Performance Areas:
  • Monitor sprint velocity, schedule adherence, effort tracking, and cost management.
  • Assess product quality through defect density and defect leakage metrics.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of risk management strategies and scope change management.
  • Conduct customer and team satisfaction assessments.
