We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at a leading aerospace industry client. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients through phone and electronic communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talk with customers to understand their needs and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Receive and process new orders for manufacturing or change notices.
- Fill out contract forms and determine charges for products requested.
- Approve daily order reports and debits/credits.
- Record all new orders and changes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- One year certificate from college or technical school; or a minimum of four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident due to ITAR.
- Must complete background check and drug screening.
