Position Summary:

The Construction Project Coordinator will oversee communication and collaboration among Architects, Engineers, Contractors, and internal staff to ensure seamless project workflows.

This role encompasses managing submissions and information exchanges while adhering to established deadlines that align with project and production schedules for a cutting-edge, sustainable building system.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow directives from the designated Supervisor.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing all safety protocols and policies.
  • Maintain an organized workspace and promote cleanliness.
  • Represent the organization positively, upholding core values.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, clients, and stakeholders in a professional manner.
  • Source vendors, subcontractors, and materials while estimating project costs.
  • Convey project details and scope to Owners, General Contractors, and Engineering personnel as necessary.
  • Implement an efficient filing system for project documentation.
  • Identify and adopt improved processes for daily operations.
  • Ensure timely information exchange with all project stakeholders for on-schedule completion.
  • Support various departments and team members as needed.
  • Review project locations and plans to assess constructability and material requirements.
  • Verify field measurements and communicate findings with Project Managers and subcontractors.
  • Collaborate with management to enhance processes related to material sourcing and logistics.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in residential construction.
  • A Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Construction Management or a related field is required.
  • Proficient in software tools such as Bluebeam, Procore, Microsoft Office, and Adobe PDF.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Inventor, or similar 3D modeling software is preferred.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage goal-oriented projects.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and understand project timelines.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.

Physical Requirements:

This position is primarily sedentary, involving sitting while performing job duties. Occasional walking or standing may be required, especially during site visits. The role may involve lifting weights up to 50 pounds and exposure to moderate noise levels in construction environments.
