Job Description:

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to provide services for school-age students in a dynamic school setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to students with varying needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct and indirect services to students in grades K-12, utilizing your expertise in speech therapy to make a positive impact on their educational journey.
  • Collaborate with educators and other professionals to develop and implement effective IEPs and AAC plans, ensuring students receive the support they need to succeed.
  • Work in a fast-paced school environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities while maintaining a focus on student outcomes.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture, promoting a love of learning and a growth mindset among students, staff, and families.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and research in speech therapy to enhance your skills and expertise.
Requirements:
  • Active or pending state SLPA license required.
  • Previous school experience and IEP/AAC exposure preferred, but not required.
  • Guaranteed hours for direct and indirect services available.
