Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant in Lafayette, TN.
This is a full-time role that will provide the opportunity to make a significant impact on students' communication abilities and academic achievements.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a valid Tennessee SLP license. School-based experience is desirable.
The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for:
- Conducting assessments and devising treatment plans for communication disorders
- Executing therapy programs to enhance speech and language skills
- Delivering direct therapy services to students individually and in groups
- Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals
- Maintaining precise records and engaging in meetings
The successful candidate will possess:

- Capability to work both autonomously and in teams
- Profound understanding of assessment and intervention strategies
