We are seeking talented and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to join our team at Soliant. As a leading healthcare staffing agency, we provide essential therapy services across various settings, making a significant impact in the lives of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- SLPs: Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders.
- SLPAs: Assist SLPs with delivering therapy services, implementing treatment plans, and conducting therapeutic activities under supervision.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of each client.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve therapy goals.
- Manage assignments flexibly, which may include working at a single location or splitting time between multiple sites.
- Address a wide range of speech and language disorders, including articulation, fluency, and language development.
- SLPs: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Texas, excellent communication and organizational skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- SLPAs: Associate or Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field, preferably some experience in a healthcare or educational setting, flexibility with assignments and locations, and strong communication skills and ability to work under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
