Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a school environment. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating communication disorders in students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluation and Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each student.
  • Therapy Delivery: Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of student progress and services provided.

Requirements:

  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Missouri state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Experience: Prior experience working with school-aged children is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
