Job Title: Human Resource Consultant Expert

The Role: As an experienced Human Resource Consultant, you will play a vital role in providing professional services to small to medium-sized businesses. Your expertise will be utilized to conduct HR Audits, identify legal gaps and non-compliance, and make recommendations for risk mitigation.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert HR services to clients, including conducting audits, identifying legal gaps, and making recommendations
  • Conduct investigations, disciplinary actions, terminations, and attend UI hearings as needed
  • Design and conduct training and development programs
  • Handle Employee Relations issues, including coaching management and setting up payroll systems

Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of HR Management or Director experience
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Expert in California Labor and Wage Laws
  • Professional Certification in Human Resources highly desired

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
