About the Role
As a Sales Associate with Richmond American Homes, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer experiences in our new home communities. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and take your career to the next level.

This role involves participating in comprehensive training programs, developing relationships with customers, and understanding the customer experience touchpoints to maintain quality service. You will also be responsible for accurately completing contract paperwork and analyzing market data to remain competitive.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent work experience, a real estate license (except in CO, MD, TX, and VA), and previous high-end sales experience. Additionally, you should be able to work weekends, have proficient computer skills, and possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Compensation Package
The estimated annual compensation with commissions ranges from $80,000 to $130,000. As a non-exempt employee, you will receive a base salary of $25.00 per hour during the training program.
