Position Overview:
The Sales Support Associate plays a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving profitable sales. This position involves providing proactive sales assistance and ensuring that the sales floor is well-organized, stocked, and visually appealing for optimal sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess customer needs and deliver tailored solutions using established sales techniques.
- Consistently meet or exceed performance benchmarks.
- Navigate the website effectively and utilize technology to enhance the customer experience, especially when products are unavailable in-store.
- Stay informed about product lines, features, benefits, and availability, as well as company policies such as price matching and protection plans.
- Maximize opportunities related to credit, gift cards, and rewards programs, along with additional income avenues when applicable.
- Process transactions accurately in the Point of Sale system, including sales, returns, and exchanges following authorized protocols.
- Complete mandatory training within designated timeframes and engage in continuous learning opportunities.
- Collaborate with fellow associates and cashiers to deliver exceptional customer service, assist with locating merchandise, and manage phone inquiries.
- Undertake additional tasks as required.
