Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer orders.

Qualifications for Success

  • Exhibit outstanding interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills across various platforms.
  • Show strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Utilize active listening skills to identify customer needs effectively.
  • Display superior problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Have a high level of computer proficiency, with experience in ERP systems preferred.
  • Effectively plan, prioritize, and organize work responsibilities.
