About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to our wholesale and retail customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Assist customers in selecting the right products and services, and process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain precise work order files and formulas, and ensure that products are stocked and presented in a visually appealing manner.
  • Store Maintenance: Clean store equipment, load and unload delivery trucks, and assist with making deliveries as needed.
  • Knowledge and Communication: Remain knowledgeable about our products and services, and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Age and Authorization: Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
  • Physical Abilities: Must be able to retrieve materials from shelves and floor stacks, and lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally.
  • Availability: Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Driver's License: Possess a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
  • Education: Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Have at least one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language, including Spanish.
