Position Overview:
The Sales Floor Consultant plays a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess customer needs and offer suitable solutions using established sales techniques.
- Consistently achieve or surpass performance metrics.
- Navigate the company website effectively, utilizing technology to enhance the customer experience, especially when products are unavailable in-store.
- Stay informed about product lines, features, benefits, and availability, as well as company policies such as price matching and protection plans.
- Maximize opportunities for credit, gift cards, and loyalty rewards, including applicable service agreements.
- Handle customer transactions through the Point of Sale system, including sales, returns, and exchanges, adhering to authorized procedures.
- Complete mandatory training within the designated timeframe and engage in continuous learning opportunities.
- Collaborate with fellow associates and cashiers to deliver exceptional customer service, assist in locating merchandise, answering inquiries, and processing transactions.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
