Front Desk Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Representative to support our team at Apex Systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and colleagues
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a professional environment
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to perform administrative tasks
Requirements:
  • 2 years of secretarial experience with a focus on customer service and phone etiquette
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Work Environment:
  • On-site position at our Kearny Mesa location
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Office closed on Thanksgiving and Black Friday
Assignment Details:
  • Short-term assignment, approximately 4 weeks
  • Must start by November 1st and end on December 1st
  • Extension not likely, but may be considered for future assignments
