Job Description:
An experienced Executive Office Coordinator is sought after to join our dynamic team at ALogix Resource Group. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in supporting high-level executives, with a strong focus on organizational skills, communication, and confidentiality. Additional responsibilities include coordinating meetings, arranging travel, and managing special projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to senior executives, including scheduling, correspondence, and data management.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Manage confidential documents and maintain a high level of discretion.
- Assist with special projects, leveraging organizational skills and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in calendar management software.
Salary Range:
The estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000, based on experience.
