Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies for Company products, including brand management, advertising, and web and sales collateral.
- Ensure marketing programs align with public relations and other communication activities.

- Assist in preparing long- and short-term marketing plans and budgets.
- Identify new technologies and products for online campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate promotional activities and trade shows.

- Maintain knowledge of market trends and developments, and make recommendations to leadership.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or Public Relations, and 5 years of related experience, including supervisory experience, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Experience in the millwork industry is a plus.
