We are seeking a seasoned Director of Growth and Performance Marketing to lead our customer acquisition and retention strategies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing data-driven marketing initiatives to accelerate growth, increase bookings, and enhance customer lifetime value across our luxury properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies across multiple channels, aligning with overall business objectives and brand positioning.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making by leveraging advanced analytics to continuously optimize marketing campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Lead a culture of continuous improvement through test-and-learn methodologies, developing hypotheses, designing experiments, and scaling successful initiatives.
  • Optimize the entire customer journey, from acquisition to retention, focusing on improving conversion rates, reducing customer acquisition costs, and increasing LTV.
  • Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams across the portfolio to ensure cohesive messaging and maintain brand integrity in all growth marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with our data team on the selection, implementation, and optimization of the marketing tech stack, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of growth marketing initiatives and regularly report on performance to the executive team.
  • Stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends and best practices, implementing innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of driving significant growth in customer acquisition and retention, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing test-and-learn strategies, with a proven track record of turning data-driven hypotheses into measurable business results.
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
  • Strategic problem-solving abilities and a growth mindset.
