About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Representative to join our team at Twin Falls Subaru. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls and internet inquiries, scheduling appointments, and building relationships with customers to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming calls and internet inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Schedule and arrange appointments for customers visiting our dealership
  • Build rapport with customers to convert hesitant inquiries into loyal advocates
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and create lifelong relationships

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer service or sales
  • High energy and self-motivation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
