Office Coordinator Role

Alliance Workforce is seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our Tampa-based team. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
The estimated salary for this position is $14.00 - $16.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Providing excellent customer service by answering phone calls and responding to inquiries
- Maintaining accurate records and files
- Ensuring the reception area is clean and organized
- Greeting visitors and providing them with assistance
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
